A Little About Us & Our Shipping Commitment
We are a small but mighty team (a husband and wife operation) where Spencer screen prints every order by hand and Colleen carefully packs and ships it out. We do our absolute best to ship within the first few days, but sometimes orders may take the full processing window (or a little longer) to be ready. Please allow for some grace during busy times — your patience means the world to us and we value your business. Without you, we wouldn't be able to do this!
Let's not forget our four cats and occasionally a few squirrels. None of them really help out with orders. They just eat, all of the time. All of this cat food really adds up. Every order you place helps keep our little family (and furry friends) fed. So genuinely thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
I would like to exchange my items. Can I ?
Yes, you can! But nothing beats that feeling of your order coming in perfect the first time around. We offer tons of different styles, and each product has its own unique sizing chart in the listing. Have questions about fit? Email us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com or call us before ordering!
If your item doesn't fit to your liking, don’t worry, we’ve got your back.
🕒 Exchange Eligibility & Process:

Email us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Items must be in new condition: unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and free of odor/fragrance.

Once approved, we’ll send you a exchange shipping label. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchange items must be shipped back within 3–5 business days after receiving the return label.

If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit (gift card) for the original purchase amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

One-time exchange only per order. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.
🔄 No Returns / No Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are considered final. Please double-check your size and order details before checking out.
Caught a mistake? If you notice an error in your order, like a wrong size or incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our absolute best to fix it. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll try to accommodate you before it leaves the cemetery.

I would like to be notified when a product is back in stock ! What should I do?
Keep calm — the crypts are always being refilled.
If your size is out of stock:

Go to the product page and sign up for a restock notification.

If you are dying to get your hands on it? Email us. We may be able to give you a timeline or sneak peek of what’s printing next.
How long does it take for me to receive my order ?
Please allow 2-14 business days to process your order.
Then it will depart from our local USPS facility in the San Fernando Valley and arrive at your doorstep based on the shipping speed that you select at checkout.
We strive to mostly ship within the first 2-3 days but sometimes it does take us the full window to ship your order.
For brand new design launches and select restocks, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. This is because these items often require extra time for ordering the blank inventory, art/screen preparation and physically hand screen printing. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, sometimes these orders need a bit more patience — thanks for understanding!

If you need your order shipped within 72 hours, please email us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com before placing your order to confirm we have ready-to-ship stock.
I did not receive my order. What should I do ?
First, don’t panic, most often, USPS prematurely scans items as "delivered" when they’re still en route.
Here are your next steps:

Wait until the next day to see if it shows up.

Check with neighbors or your building manager.

Contact your local USPS branch — not the main hotline.

If you've attempted these steps and still no luck, please visit USPS Missing Mail to file a search.
USPS will need to work with you directly for a resolution because they are local to you and working together with you will yield the best results.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re here to help guide you. Together, we can search and destroy (Iggy Pop style).
💡 Shipping Tip: Consider choosing a trackable shipping service or insurance for international orders or anything over $75 (any $ amount that is substantial for you).
Who pays customs duties for international orders?
Thank you so much for allowing us to ship outside of the U.S. It means a lot to be able to have our creations go across the globe.
That said, you’re responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties imposed by your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amounts. Please contact your local customs office for more info.
If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States. Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.
Can I cancel my order ?
Our system alerts us immediately when an order is placed. We pull and prep quickly, which means cancellations aren’t possible.
However, we’re happy to offer one-time exchanges or store credit.
You cite Horror / Sci-Fi and Punk Rock as your inspiration. How do I know you are really "Punk Rock" ?

We’re Spencer and Colleen, a husband-and-wife duo based in Los Angeles. Spencer screen prints every order by hand, and Colleen carefully packs and ships each piece.
It’s just the two of us and our four cats (plus a few freeloading squirrels). None of them really help out with orders. They just eat, all of the time.
