Shipping policy

Please allow 2-10 days to process your order. Once the package departs the beautiful local USPS facility in the San Fernando Valley, it will arrive to your doorstep at the shipping speed you choose at checkout.

Please be patient, we are a one man and one woman operation. Also, three cats, occasionally raccoons and one squirrel operation - but none of them really help out. They just eat, all of the time.

Please check the FAQs page for exchange guidelines. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging your item.

Please note : You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend this for any order over $75 and for all international shipments. We do not guarantee any packages that are lost in transit by the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders

Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Discount Cemetery has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States. Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.

 

 

Oh yeah by the way, thank you again for your order. It really means a lot to us and all of this cat food really adds up. Hopefully one day we can make "Danzig money" and not have to worry about it.
