Shipping policy

Please allow 2-14 business days to process your order.

Then it will depart from our local USPS facility in the San Fernando Valley and arrive at your doorstep based on the shipping speed that you select at checkout. We strive to mostly ship within the first 2-3 days but sometimes it does take us the full window to ship your order.

New Launches & Select Restocks

For brand new design launches and select restocks, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. This is because these items often require extra time for ordering the blank inventory, art/screen preparation and physically hand screen printing. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, sometimes these orders need a bit more patience — thanks for understanding!

A Little About Us & Our Shipping Commitment

We are a small but mighty team ( a husband and wife operation) where Spencer screen prints every order by hand and Colleen carefully packs and ships it out. We do our absolute best to ship within the first few days, but sometimes orders may take the full processing window (or a little longer) to be ready. Please allow for some grace during busy times — your patience means the world to us and we value your business. Without you, we wouldn't be able to do this!

Let's not forget our four cats and occasionally a few squirrels. None of them really help out with orders. They just eat, all of the time. So thank you for your order. All of this cat food really adds up. Every order you place helps keep our little family (and furry friends) fed.  So genuinely thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Shipping Speeds & Expedited Orders

If you purchase expedited shipping, please note that this speed is the carrier’s commitment after we have processed and shipped your order.

If you need your order shipped within 72 hours, please email us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com before placing your order to confirm we have ready-to-ship stock.

    Tracking & Shipping Insurance

    We recommend using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance for all international shipments or any order over $75 (honestly any amount that is substantial to you). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

    International Orders

    Recipients outside the United States are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amounts. Please contact your local customs office for more info.

    If duties or taxes are declined and the package is abandoned, destroyed, or returned, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
