I would like to exchange my items. Can I ?

Why, yes you can. But that is never fun for anyone. By purchasing items from Discount Cemetery, you are supporting our dream. Why are we mentioning this in the FAQ page under exchange guidelines? Because your clothing is an extension of who you are. Your comfort and confidence matter when you are getting ready to leave your home and conquer your own world. Your shirt needs to fit in order for that to happen. That's where we come in and that whole dream thing we just mentioned. So, if you want to exchange your shirt, cool. We got your back.

Please contact us at discountcemetery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request exchange.
Item must be in new condition, not washed, not damaged, no fragrance/odor etc.
We will send you a return label, buyer is responsible for paying shipping
Item(s) for exchange must be mailed back to us within 3-5 business days after receiving mailing label
If requested item is no longer in stock, we will issue you gift card for original purchase amount. Shipping cannot be refunded under any circumstance
One time exchange only, per order. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again
No Returns

I would like to be notified when a product is back in stock ! What should I do?

First and most important thing is - remain calm. The good news is that everything is printed here at the cemetery HQ. We're always trying to keep the crypts full. So, if you do not see your size available, you can sign up for an email when it's made available again directly from the product page. If you are dying to get your hands on it - email us and let us know!

How long does it take for me to receive my order ?

Please allow 2-14 days to process your order, then it will depart the beautiful local USPS facility in the San Fernando Valley and will arrive to your doorstep at the shipping speed you choose at checkout. We strive to mostly ship within the first 2 days but sometimes it does take us the full 14 days to ship your order.

** With brand new design launches, it can take us up 3 weeks to process your order.

Please be patient, we are a one man and one woman operation, and three cats, occasionally raccoons and one squirrel operation - but none of them really help out. They just eat, all of the time.

Oh yeah by the way, thank you again for your order. All of this cat food really adds up. Hopefully one day we can make Danzig Money and not have to worry about it.

I did not receive my order. What should I do ?

Don't fret. Most of the time this is because it is getting late in the night, your postal worker is slightly behind on their deliveries, so they scan dropped off - but they still have it on the truck and will bring it the next day. Or, they are new and dropped it off at the wrong house. Sometimes it is being held at your local USPS facility.

Reach out to us and we can help. You are provided a tracking number - together we can search and destroy. Iggy Pop style.

Please note : You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend this for any order over $75 and for all international shipments. We do not guarantee any packages that are lost in transit by the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders - Who is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes ?

Thank you so much for allowing us to ship outside of the U.S. It means a lot to be able to have our creations go across the globe. Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Discount Cemetery has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States. Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.

You cite Horror / Sci-Fi and Punk Rock as your inspiration. How do I know you are really "Punk Rock" ?

Great question. We support small businesses by using them for all of the main resources needed in operating Discount Cemetery. We also believe treating your fellow humans with respect is a must. So we do our part to donate clothing and participate in different events to help out our city and community. Oh, and we really love Dischord Records.
