Refund policy

I would like to exchange my items. Can I ? 

Yes, you can! But nothing beats that feeling of your order coming in perfect the first time around. We offer tons of different styles, and each product has its own unique sizing chart in the listing. Have questions about fit? Email us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com or call us before ordering!

If your item doesn't fit to your liking, don’t worry — we’ve got your back.

🕒 Exchange Eligibility & Process:

  • Email us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Items must be in new condition: unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and free of odor/fragrance.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Return items must be shipped back within 3–5 business days after receiving the return label.

  • If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit (gift card) for the original purchase amount.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • One-time exchange only per order. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.


🔄 No Returns / No Cancellations

We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are considered final. Please double-check your size and order details before checking out.

Caught a mistake? If you notice an error in your order — like a wrong size or incorrect shipping address — please reach out to us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our absolute best to fix it. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll try to accommodate you before it leaves the cemetery.

📦 Processing and Exchange Timing

Once we receive and inspect your original item, you’ll get an email confirming whether your exchange was approved. If approved:

  • We’ll process your exchange and email you an invoice for return shipping.

  • Once that’s paid, we’ll send out your new item or issue you store credit!


✉️ Shipping Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for orders over $75 or any amount that may be substantial for you. 

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary


🌍 International Orders

Recipients of orders shipped outside the U.S. are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by their country. Discount Cemetery has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount.

If you decline to pay these duties and the item is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, we cannot issue refunds or replacement shipments.

Please check with your local customs office before ordering.


👻 Handmade Goods Reminder

Because most of our items are handmade or small batch, slight variations in color, print placement, or texture are part of their unique charm and not considered defects.

Turnaround times for exchanges may vary, as we do not mass-produce or keep deep inventory. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your exchange with care.

We do our absolute best and are honestly very hard on ourselves when it comes to quality control. But if you receive an item with a major defect, please email us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com with a photo. If approved, a replacement will be made at our discretion, as we do want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
